Data deletion
You decide when your data goes. Pick the option you need.
1. Delete everything
- Email fabianbezma@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data".
- Name the account(s) you connected, for example your Instagram username or YouTube channel.
- We confirm receipt within 3 days and delete within 30 days: connections and tokens, posts, scripts, rendered videos, statistics, account insights and link clicks. Backups containing the data are overwritten within 7 more days.
- You get an email when deletion is complete.
2. Disconnect one platform yourself
App → Konnektoren → platform → Disconnect. The tokens are deleted immediately and we can no longer access that account. Posts and statistics already stored are removed with option 1.
3. Remove our app on the platform
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Scaling Personal Brands → Remove.
- YouTube / Google: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions → Scaling Personal Brands → Remove access.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions → Remove.
This ends our access at once. Stored YouTube statistics are deleted automatically after 30 days; for everything else use option 1.
